    Hey Friends, just wanted to provide an update on shipping. Our in-house processing times (see below) are still the same. However, items can "possibly" be delayed due to internal processes at USPS, which is a national issue. Although we pray no shipping issues arise, I thought I'd share this update just in case. Thanks for your understanding & support!

  • We charge a $6.95 standard shipping fee on domestic orders $74.99 and under.

  • We also offer a lower First Class shipping option for smaller items such as lightweight accessories when shipped alone. If accessories are purchased with other items, First Class shipping will not be an option. 

  • All domestic orders $75 and over ship free!

  • Packages are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

  • Orders placed on Friday will be shipped by Tuesday.

  • Allow 3 processing days for orders placed on holidays.

  • Local Pick - Twin Cities option can only be chosen when you live in the Minneapolis, MN - St. Paul, MN metro area. 
  • All items ship USPS or UPS. Once your item is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

  • We want your packages to arrive to you safely. Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address.

  • SUG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  •  Any returned items will be assessed a returned shipping charge at the customer's expense.
