  • Returns for a refund must be requested within 14 days of the original order date.  Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return requests after 14 days will not be accepted. 
  • All lingerie/intimates, bodysuits, and accessories/bags and purses are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • All Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded. 
  • Please allow up to 7 days for your refund credit. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. 
  • If you feel you have received a defective item, you must contact us within 3 business days of item delivery date or the item is final sale.
